For International Women's Day, I'm partnering with #BUILTBYGIRLS to imagine a world #BUILTBYGIRLS -- what the world would look like if women had a fair say from Day 1.

#BUILTBYGIRLS is building the next wave of tech leaders - who just happen to be girls. They give young women the exposure, skills and network they need to get their first job in tech.

Today, #BUILTBYGIRLS launched their [This is] a World #BUILTBYGIRLS video series where young women of the #BUILTBYGIRLS community sit down with female trailblazers to directly address the lack of diversity and inclusion in the tech industry, the wage gap, imposter syndrome, and more.

And with women like Moj Mahdara (Beautycon, CEO), Lauren Kassan (The Wing, Co-Founder), Claire Wasserman (Ladies Get Paid, Founder), and many more amazing women and girls, you're definitely getting frank, no-fluff conversations that will help chart a roadmap to a more unified, equitale, women-powred future.
