This will be a special evening event for young professionals and as GlamourGals' Ambassador, I had such an amazing time helping to plan the Fall Fete with the GlamourGals Advisory Council, as part of the Fall Fete Committee.

The Fall Fete lineup includes:

• A special drink recipe how-to from coffee sommelier Jiyoon Han, co-founder (with her mom!) of NYC-based coffee shop Bean & Bean

• A meditation & confidence-building exercise with Rebekah Dixon, high performance mental trainer

• A chance to connect with other GG supporters as we work to end senior isolation (now at an all-time high) and create opportunities for young women to build confidence & leadership skills.

About Jiyoon Han:

About Rebekah Dixon:

Rebekah Dixon is a High Performance Mental Trainer who helps athletes perform their best, when it counts, by strengthening their mindset. She has been offering private and group mental training all over the world for 6 years and works with beginner to Olympic level athletes.
